Mission Statement
The East Feliciana Drug & Alcohol Awareness Council is dedicated to educating communities on the dangers of substance use through planning and mobilization geared toward engaging youth, families, business owners, and other stakeholders in the Parish.
DFC Funding Sources & Partners
The White House Office on National Drug Control Policy, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) are all very instrumental in providing resources for each funding cycle.
In addition, the Pennington Family Foundation, Capital Area Human Services District, Louisiana Department of Revenue, and Pelican State Credit Union have been active partners in assuring that programs we provide have access to needed funds, volunteers and resources.
